SHIPPING: Domestic sales only. We do not ship outside the US, nor do we ship hazardous materials (haz mat) such as matches, flares, etc. These items are for local sale only (the Southeast Florida area) where Out Tac Outfitters® can deliver them personally. Shipments are made through UPS, FEDEX and USPS. If you have a P.O. Box, we can only use USPS. Florida residents state sales tax included (call for rate, county surtax varies). NOTE: Pepper sprays can not be shipped by air, which forbids overnight and second day shipping. Some of our suppliers drop ship, contact OUT TAC OUTFITTERS® for more information.
RETURN POLICY: Contact us by phone within ten days of receiving your items for a return number that you will write on your package. Packages without return numbers will not be accepted. The customer will cover the cost of returning items. Food and water items are not returnable. All items returned are to be unused, in new condition, in their original container with all warranty and instructional papers included. Items must be returned with in 20 days of receiving the return number. Products that are defective during their warranty period are to be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair, if further infomation is needed contact Out Tac Outfitters® The following items are non-returnable: food, water,optics, electronic products, pepper sprays,
under garments, masks, filters, and protective hoods."
PAYMENTS: Payment: We accept Master Card, Visa, and Discover Card by phone, fax, or by
mail. Money orders and personal checks ( personal checks 7 days to clear) made out to Out Tac Outfitters®
and mailed to the above address. Cash is accepted (only in person, also cash only at shows, currently).
All customers are warned that there are restrictions on various items such as knives, knife types and sizes,
pepper sprays and various firearm accessories that vary from state to state and with local governments. It is
the customer's responsibility to check with their local authorities on the legality of such items and to follow the
law. You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase such items as knives, pepper sprays, signal flares, smoke
signals (local sale only) and various firearm accessories. Out Tac Outfitters® does not warrant that you are legally
entitled to purchase items and it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that you are complying with all local,
state and federal laws before making a purchase.
